The 2nd Annual Alumni Fishing Derby
Saturday June 2, 2008 will host the Second Annual VC Alumni Fishing Derby. The alumni fishermen are heading up to Peter Hope Lake, just northwest of Merrit, this year to conquer some mighty fish. Any and all styles and skill levels are welcome. The event is open to all alumni, parents, family, and friends and is sure to be an excellent event. Last year was a great success and this year is shaping up to top it.
The event costs $40 per person and payment must be made before June 1. Cheques can be made payable to VC Alumni Association and sent to the main office at VC. The registration fee gets you a great day of fishing, lunch, dinner, an action photo, and a shot at PRIZES!! You need to bring your own gear and if pop and juice doesn't cut it, BYOB. Weigh in takes place before dinner and prizes are awarded during dinner.
